Product Instructions

Preparation Do NOT eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes before giving your saliva sample.

1. Open the box, fill the application form, and paste the bar code on the form top.

2. Peel open one pouch, hold the end of swab shaft.

3. Gently rub your left side cheek up & down 30 times by the swab tip, and rotate the swab, not touch your teeth& throat.

4. Keep one collection tube upright. Remove the cap, Insert swab flocked tip to the tube, and bend the swab at the molded break point on the edge of tube.

5. Discard the swab shaft, and cap the tube tightly.

6. Repeat steps 2-5 to collect oral specimen of right cheek. and fill and paste the bar code on the return bag, put the 2 collection tubes in the bag.
